Belt Conveyor

It is composed of feeding differential chain line body, four sets of jacking and transferring, four lifting and transplanting machines, tooling board, lighting, SOP frame, material table, power socket and electric control system. 1. Conveying part of double speed chain line plane circulation and up and down circulation composite mode, the product operation adopts tooling plate support, and the tooling plate is driven by friction. Each station is stopped and released by a stopper, controlled by PLC/manual valve. 2. Jacking and jacking Jacking and jacking is a plane circular transition section of tooling board transfer line. It is installed at the end and tail of the wire body. When the tooling board is in place, the jacking cylinder of jacking transfer machine is automatically lifted by PLC to complete the transfer. Cycle process. 3. Lifting and shifting Lifting and shifting is the upper and lower circulation transition section of the tooling board transfer line. It is installed at the front and rear ends of the wire body. When the tooling board is in place, the lifting cylinder of the lifting and transferring machine is automatically lifted by PLC to complete the wire transfer cycle process.
