Purpose: To accurately fill the product with inflammable and explosive refrigerant ( R 32) . The left and right guns can be used for simultaneous filling .

2. Vacuum testing: The equipment performs vacuum pressure testing on the qualified workpieces to prevent leakage;

. The equipment is equipped with two completely independent charging systems, each of which includes a complete set of charging systems including vacuum pump, vacuum gauge , booster pump, balance cylinder, flow meter and charging gun. The two systems do not affect each other and can be charged with refrigerant at the same time ;

2. The equipment adopts touch screen + PLC control, with mature software system to ensure stable operation and accurate filling of the equipment;

3. The equipment is equipped with a German VES flowmeter with a resolution of up to 0.1 g. Combined with precise software algorithms, the filling accuracy is not affected by factors such as temperature, pressure, and speed, and the filling stability is always maintained;

4. The equipment is equipped with a BOIS high-power two-stage rotary vane explosion-proof vacuum pump, which can not only ensure the high vacuum degree of the equipment itself , but also quickly pump the product to a high vacuum state ;

5. The equipment is equipped with a self-developed high-efficiency pneumatic booster pump developed by Senda , which can quickly extract the refrigerant from the raw material tank, pressurize it to liquid state , and push it into the product . Refrigerant supply can be achieved without heating the refrigerant raw material tank;
